If there were more than 5 stars, I would gladly give Tri City Pool Services 10 stars. I found Rich and Dustin after reading so many great reviews online, and now I completely understand why people speak so highly of them.
I hired them for an acid wash on my pool, and from the very beginning they were honest, professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained exactly what they were going to do, how the pool would look afterward, and how long the process would take. Everything happened exactly as promised.
In only about 3 hours, my pool looked completely transformed, honestly like a brand new pool. The next day, they came back, added the chemicals, balanced everything, and made it ready for us to swim.

Rich and Dustin are amazing, and they absolutely deserve all the support for their small business. They even helped me find another pool service person since I’m outside of their regular service area, which truly shows how much they care about their customers.

The team from Try City Pool Services has been amazing helping us with our pool controller, lights, and other minor issues. We recently required an acid wash for our pool, sandblasting of the tile, and a thorough cleaning of the pool filter. I reached out to Rich late in the week, and he promptly scheduled the service for the following Monday. He and Dustin arrived on time and immediately got to work. They did an outstanding job, our tile looks like new, and the water is crystal clear. They also replaced the filter grids, which were well overdue for replacement. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the professionalism shown throughout the process.

Several months ago, Rich also replaced our pool pump, and that service was equally well executed. I highly recommend Rich and his company for any pool maintenance or repair needs.

Amazing service ! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Not only did Dustin called me back the same day, he also texted me to make sure I see that he’s trying to reach me. I thought I was going to have to wait another week, but Dustin showed up the same day. On time. Ozone purifiers are newer and not a lot of service people know about them. Dustin knew what to do. He communicated very well and fixed the issue that I had. Thank you.

Truly a five star company! They respond within 24 hours and Dustin made necessary arrangements to come out to SM to repair our Hayward Heater. He was very professional in explaining what the issue was and repairing our heater. He was patient in answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend calling them first!

I have a Hayward heat pump that needed some help. I literally contacted 10 repair men and non of them could get the job done. Dustin to the rescue. I've had these guys out twice for Hayward products that had some minor issues that were under warranty and both times they've blown me away with their professionalism. This time they even tuned up a few things that were un-related to the call or anything they did. I will definitely be using these guys for my next big project.

Just had my pool acid washed and tile cleaned by Tri State Pool Service. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I would give them 5 stars.

Tri-City Pools has been great, we have been using their services for about a year and our pool hasn’t been this nice since the year it was put in. They are great about communicating what needs too be added or repaired and they do the work quick, clean and in a timely manner. A common feeling when it comes to pool services is you wonder what it is you are really paying for but with Tri-City you wont feel like that. They send you a text every week after your service and always arrive close to the same time every week. It’s been a great experience at a competitive price.

Rich provided great service and communication and we will miss him! We are also grateful that he lined us up with a new service so that our pool maintenance was uninterrupted in his absence. Rich is a great guy and we wish him the best!

Tri City Pool Services did an excellent job cleaning the tile on my pool. Rich communicated very well, showed up on time and made sure everything was clean before they left. I also had him replace a check value and he showed up when he said he was going to, charged a fair price and made sure everything was cleaned up. I definitely recommend them and will use them again when I need and pool services.

Had the pleasure meeting Rich to blast the calcium crusted tiles on our pool and what a fantastic job well done. Very professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Tri City Pool Services for anything you need done. Oh also my Del AOP UV light unit failed and they were able to recommend a more efficient unit since the original unit was undersized from the start with a new unit and fixed the incorrect electrical done by Premier Pools & Spa.
